Jungian counseling

Healing, personal growth and development are central to C.G. Jung’s psychoanalytic theory. This talk therapy based on his work assumes a positive and holistic view of humanity in which our personal subconscious plays an important role in the healing process.

The subconscious

Our subconscious holds valuable information about how we can heal and grow. By making the subconscious information conscious, analyzing it, old pain and trauma can be transformed into experiences of growth and healing. The subconscious speaks to us through dreams, drawings and active imagination.

Jungian counseling offers help with life questions, burn out, high sensitivity, anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship problems, intergenerational issues and problems with paranormal experiences.

The session

Counselling is a form of talk therapy. In the conversation, patterns and experiences are analysed. By analyzing dreams, it becomes more clear what is going on in the subconscious. The use of drawings and active imagination also contributes to more self awareness.

Result

Jungian counseling brings clarity to obstructing patterns and releases them. This profound change from the unconscious layers brings insight and awareness. You come closer to your ‘true self’ and find your inner balance.

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. – Carl Jung
