Jungian psychotherapy

Personal growth and development are central to C.G. Jung’s psychoanalytic theory. The talk therapy based on his work and follows a positive and holistic view of humanity in which our personal subconscious plays an important role in the healing process.

Jungian psychotherapy provides clarity into the dynamics and background of the problems experienced. Working with the subconscious layers provides insight, personal growth, awareness, and inner balance. You get closer to your ’true self’.

The subconscious

Our subconscious contains valuable information about how we can heal and grow. By making the subconscious conscious, analysing it, old pain and trauma can be transformed into experiences of growth and healing.

The subconscious speaks to us through dreams, drawings and active imagination, as well as through synchronicity such as reading the cards of the Tarot.

The session

Jungian psychotherapy offers help with life questions, burn out, high sensitivity, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, intergenerational issues and problems with paranormal experiences.

A session can be supplemented by prescribing Bach flower remedies, reading the cards of the Voyager Tarot and exercises Qigong.

Appointment

An introductory session is free of charge. In this call, we briefly discuss the questions of help and determine whether Jungian psychotherapy is the right therapy. This telephone introductory talk takes 20 to 30 minutes.

Jungian psychotherapy assumes weekly or bi-weekly sessions and starts with a minimum of five sessions. The duration of the course depends on the question and goals. 

A session can take place either in the practice or online. The fee is 84.50 euros, a session lasts 75 minutes.
