Newsletter January 2023

Dear people,

I wish everyone a happy, meaningful, warm and cozy 2023 in which all dreams come true!

For me, a time of doing exams for Chinese Tuina therapy and starting to teach group classes is starting. I am looking forward to it and hope to see everyone again.

On Monday, February 6, I will start a new series of eight classes of Qigong & Tai Chi in the park near the Kunstmuseum. The class is from 19:00 to 19:45 and costs 100 euros for eight classes. Classes will start when a minimum of five participants sign up.

I have also planned a nice online session on how to find peace and relaxation within yourself with the exercises of Qigong & Tai Chi. On Sunday, February 12 from 10:00 to 11:30 in Dutch, and on Sunday, February 26 in English. This session costs 20 euros.

Many people ask for a free trial lesson. You can find it on my Youtube channel, as well as new videos explaining the movements of different exercises.

In the private lessons you can learn the exercises of Qigong and Tai Chi in precision, learn how to organize a Qi field, cultivate Qi and learn about the beautiful philosophy that goes with this Chinese style of meditative movement. I still deepen my own training by taking private classes once or twice a month, lately I have been immersing myself in the Wudang Tai Chi and Qigong styles.

In my practice, as always, you can come for sessions of awareness and healing with Jungian psychotherapy, energy healing and Inca shamanic healing. All sessions are given at my home space, online of course remains an option.

And how will 2023 continue for me?

In the past year I have been attending seminars on Chinese medicine and the healing of the mind. Incredibly interesting. The seminar of Jeffrey Yuen, a Taoist master, in Ireland was a highlight for me and a special celebration of my 50th birthday.

My intention this year is to find a fine training space to organize even more group classes and training in Qigong & Tai Chi while teaching the knowledge from Taoist philosophy.

See you soon!
